Terms and conditions regarding reservations

Deposit:

  • A minimum non-refundable deposit of USD 1000 per person is required to confirm your reservation for the packages.
  • A non-refundable deposit of USD 75 per person is required to reserve your diving day.
  • The deposit must be received within 15 days of your reservation or it will be canceled.

Final payment :

  • Each trip offers different due dates on payments. Final payment must be made at least 21 days before your departure as indicated on your invoice or your reservation may be canceled according to the terms and conditions of this document.
  • Reservations made less than 21 days before departure must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Payment method:

  • You can make payments by credit card (credit, debit) or paypal.

Price:

  • Prices shown are in CAN Dollars and include taxes*
  • The exchange rate corresponds to the rate applied by your financial institution at the time of the transaction.
  • No price increase will be made after full payment.

Canceling your reservation:

  • A cancellation request must be sent by email to NAB Aquatica.
  • Package cancellation fees are calculated between the date of your departure and the date we receive your cancellation request.
  • 90 days or more before departure 1000 USD per person.
  • 60 to 90 days before departure 1500 USD per person
  • 60 to 21 days before departure 50% of the cost of the package
  • Less than 21 days before departure 100% of the cost of the trip
  • No refunds will be made for diving and excursion days.

Responsibility:

  • Nab Aquatica will do everything to respect the schedule as detailed. However, Nab Aquatica reserves the right to modify elements of a reservation, accommodation, flights and other services which cannot be provided due to weather conditions, cancellations, or any causes beyond its control. Nab Aquatica will provide comparable services in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Flight:

  • Departure date and itinerary are subject to change. It is your responsibility to contact the company to confirm your departure and check-in time. Nab Aquatica will not be responsible in any way if you miss your flight or are refused boarding.

Flight times:

  • Nab Aquatica cannot be held responsible for flight delays or cancellations due to weather conditions, technical failures, or any other event causing these delays.

Medical information:

  • Participants must be in good health to participate in diving activities. You are required to disclose your health concerns to us before final payment. In the event of a false declaration regarding your state of health, Nab Aquatica will not be held responsible.
  • The Cancun whale shark and sailfish crossing is open ocean, so be prepared if you encounter rough seas. There are several over-the-counter remedies that can help you. In case you have a propensity for seasickness or are concerned that you might develop symptoms, please prepare yourself with a preventative measure.
